1. Preamble

The following general terms of sale govern all transactions established on the web catalog of Online Victory SARL AU. Any order placed on this site assumes the customer's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2. Purpose

This contract is a remote contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by Online Victory SARL AU, on the Internet, through the e-commerce platform www.seductivesoulprod.com, a service and a trademark registered by Online Victory SARL AU.

3. Definitions

In the following contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, namely: • "Remote contract": any contract concerning goods or services between Online Victory SARL AU and a Consumer within the framework of a system of remote sale organized by Online Victory SARL AU which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself. • "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity. • "Order form": document that indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him with a "double click" to commit him. • "Order": act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and Online Victory SARL AU to deliver them.

4. Product

All products present in the catalog are marketed until stocks are exhausted. Online Victory SARL AU reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog, without notice, and can in no way be held liable for any compensation or cancellation of an order following the impossibility of using the purchased product for a reason of incompatibility with the already owned equipment of the buyer.

5. Placing an order After finding the product(s) that interest you, click on the "order" button, the product is then added to your order form. You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalog by clicking on continue shopping. When you have finished shopping, validate your order by clicking on the "pay" order button. 6. Price

7. Order execution The order will be executed at the latest within 20 days from the day following the day the consumer placed his order. 8. Delivery

Delivery is not ensured by Online Victory SARL AU, the client will pick up his merchandise at the delivery address indicated on his Order form.
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order form. The Consumer must check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to Online Victory SARL AU within one day.
The Consumer can, upon request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order form. How much does the delivery cost? The transport costs are borne by the buyer,

- Our rates are inclusive of all taxes and are calculated based on the weight of the products.

- It decreases with the quantity ordered. The best thing is to group your orders. What are the delivery times? Your order is shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock, after receipt of your payment. In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent to you by registered post.
Any delays cannot give rise to damages, cancellation of the order, or refusal to take delivery.

9. Payment methods

To pay for your order, you choose the payment method among those offered by Online Victory SARL AU on the payment page. In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is made on the day following the date of the delivery confirmation. Your multi-channel payments are secured by Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service. The Consumer guarantees Online Victory SARL AU that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him when validating the Order form.

In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the payment method provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer, and between Online Victory SARL AU and its bank, apply.

10. Data confidentiality The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially. You have a right of rectification concerning the data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from Online Victory SARL AU unless you have specified that you refuse the use of your personal data for this purpose.

11. Canceling an order paid by credit card In case the client wishes to cancel an order paid by credit card, the following conditions apply:
If the cancellation request is made before the shipment of the order, the total amount paid will be fully refunded to the credit card used for the initial payment within 7 working days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
If the cancellation request is made after the shipment of the order but before its receipt by the client, cancellation fees of 20% of the total amount of the order will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount will be credited to the credit card used for the initial payment within 7 working days from the confirmation of the cancellation. In case the order has already been received by the client, he may still make a return request in accordance with our return policy in force at that time. The refund will be processed according to the terms of said policy.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the email or postal address specified in our general terms of sale, clearly indicating the details of the concerned order. The return shipping costs remain your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resale condition, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) will be refunded.

13. Warranty

All products sold in the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is at least one year (from the date of the invoice). In case of return of non-defective equipment, transport and handling costs may be charged to the client. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.

14. Proof of transactions paid by credit card The data recorded by Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) on the multi-channel payment platform on behalf of Online Victory SARL AU constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company Online Victory SARL AU.

15. Force majeure Online Victory SARL AU cannot be held liable for the non-execution of the contract, in case of force majeure. As regards the products purchased to meet professional needs, Online Victory SARL AU will not incur any liability for any consequential damages due to the present, operating loss, loss of profit, damages or expenses, which could arise.

16. Right of withdrawal for the ebooks
By accepting these general terms of sale, you explicitly acknowledge that, once you have purchased a digital book available on the website www.seductivesoulprod.com, you waive your right of withdrawal. In accordance with this waiver, no refund or exchange can be considered after purchase.

17. Non-sharing Clause and Personal Use of Ebooks The consumer commits to not sharing the acquired ebooks with third parties and to using them exclusively for personal purposes. Any violation of this clause will lead to immediate termination of the user's access rights without any refund, and the company reserves the right to pursue legal action.

19. Product reservation for adults The products marketed on the website www.seductivesoulprod.com are exclusively intended for adults. The consumer certifies being at least 18 years old by placing an order on the site. Online Victory SARL AU reserves the right to cancel any order if it discovers that the consumer is a minor.

20. Use of Customer Data in accordance with GDPR

21. Download Availability
The customer after the buying date of an ebook has a right to download it that expires 3 months after the purchase. Thus, a customer cannot ask for another permission to download if the 3 months after the purchase have passed. Also, the customer has a right to download the E-Book twice. If he uses these downloads, he cannot ask for additional ones.
